Hey there!
My name is Oreo and I’m one of the seniors at AGPR, already 7 1/2 years old! I had severe bumblefoot that my former owner could not afford to treat, so I was surrendered to the rescue. I recovered from that but then the vet found cancer in both of my front paws. I have special soft bedding and I get pain medicine every day, so I’m kept very comfortable.
I’m missing one of my lower incisors, but you would never know by how much I eat! I recently developed a tooth abscess that required some dental work and minor surgery, plus some nebulizer treatments. My foster family keeps a close eye on me and loves to pamper me as much as I love the extra attention!
